Please meet 'Pearl', an OOAK teddybear made of an own designed pattern. Pearl is made of 12mm straight mohair, she has tapered arms and is five way jointed. I gave her black glass eyes. Pearl is filled with sawdust and steel granulate. Her mouth, nose and pass are stitched and her soles are made of a woolfabric. I decorated het with an antique crochet collar on which I stitched some pearls.

Payment can be made through Paypal, Western Union, Transferwise or by Bank. If chosen for payment through Western Union, Transferwise or bank, the bankcosts are borne on the buyer.

Using the lay-a-way option is on terms of 50/50. The deposit is non-refundable. First payment in 1 or 2 days and second payment within 30 days. Reservation will be made after receiving the first payment. There are no extra costs for using the lay-a-way option. After receiving the whole payment, shipping will be made within 2 вЂ“ 3 days. The lay-a-way option can only be used, after contacting the seller.
I don't charge extra costs for the lay-a-way option. But if chosen to use this option, the paypal fees for the 2nd payement will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping policy

Shippingcosts from the Netherlands are different, depending where you live. For countries within the European Union the shippingcosts are в‚¬ 13.00, for shippingcosts to countries just out of the European Union the shippingcosts are в‚¬ 18.50 and worldwide shippingcosts (like Afrika, Australia, Russia, America, etc) are в‚¬ 24.30. I have set different shippingranges on my shoppages, please send me an email if you want to know how much the shippingcosts are to the country you live in.

Shipping will be made within 2 вЂ“ 3 days after the full payment. The package will be shipped by Post.nl, including a track and trace code.
I appreciate if the buyer would want to give an email address or messenger contact details, so I can notify the shipping details together with the track and trace code.

Returns policy

Returns will be accepted within three days after delivery and only when the buyer has contacted me directly by email to report the return and the reason of the return. The buyer must pay for the shipping costs with track and trace and insurance. Returns must be shipped by the National Postal Company. Once the returned item has been received by me a full refund will be given. The shipping costs of the returns are born on the buyer and will not be refunded.
